Your time has come
When Jesus began His ministry, His first words were: “The time has come. The kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the good news.”
This shows us three powerful truths:
Your Time Has Come
Jesus declares that this is your moment — your season to succeed, to shine, to be free, and to live in God’s purpose.
The devil whispers delay, fear, or hopelessness, but Jesus says now is your time.
Where there is emptiness, He fills (as in His first miracle at Cana). Where people are stuck (like Peter fishing without results), He sets free.
The Kingdom of God Is Near
Your time has come because God’s kingdom is right beside you.
The world is broken, but Jesus offers a new rule, a new authority, and a new covering.
To enter His kingdom means letting go of old controls — sin, past hurts, addictions, or people who dominate your life — and choosing to come under God’s rule.
Repent and Believe
Repentance means turning away from the old rope of the past and grabbing hold of the new rope of God’s future.
It’s not just letting go, but also believing that God now directs your steps, fights your battles, provides for you, and protects you.
When you believe this, you are no longer stuck, empty, or controlled by the past — you are free in Christ.
The Good News:
Your time has come because God’s kingdom is near. Let go of the past, believe in His control, and step into your season of freedom, favor, and purpose.
