Prayer and Intercession

Prayer and Intercession

Prayer brings answers. We have a prayer meeting every Tuesday evening between 6.30 pm and 8.00 pm, where we earnestly ‘stand in the gap’ for those who need prayer. And I tell you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you (Luke 11:9) If you need prayer please get in touch with us.

Youth Ministry

Youth Ministry

We warmly welcome youth to our Youth Service, held on the first Sunday of every month. Our young people receive one-on-one guidance, including career planning, resume writing, and support with interviews to help them secure jobs in both the public and private sectors.

We mentor them to grow spiritually, choose wisely and reach their full potential in God

Kids Church

Kids Church

We warmly welcome kids to our Kids Church, running during the school term. Every class is designed with a purpose to help children grow in faith and have fun learning about God. Kids Church takes place during our church services at 10:30 am and 5:30 pm.

Women’s ministry

Women’s ministry

Our women’s ministry is forging strong friendships and support for each other in our Christian walks. We meet periodically for dinner, to share testimonies and listen to guest speakers.

Pastoral Care and discipleship

Pastoral Care and discipleship

Home and hospital visits are a regular part of our pastoral care ministry. All personal concerns are kept confidential. We can also arrange provision of meals for our sick or needy families.

Being a disciple of Christ and his teachings is the foundation of Christianity. He taught that we need to be baptised in water (as He was) to symbolise a cleansing from sin, repentance, rebirth into a new life of faith and to be filled with the power of the Holy Spirit.

Men’s Ministry – Iron Sharpens Iron

Men’s Ministry – Iron Sharpens Iron

Our men’s ministry meets fortnightly on Thursdays at 7:30 pm for fellowship, prayer and Bible study. We focus on how to be a Christian man in today’s world. We are a strong and committed group of mates and brothers in Christ. We also meet periodically for dinner at local restaurants, and we organise a men’s retreat weekend once a year.

Prison Ministry

Prison Ministry

We visit the correctional Centres each week to minister to prisoners and to conduct a regular chapel service. We support Yeddung Mura (Good Pathways) Aboriginal Corporation.
Yeddung Mura aims to relieve disadvantage in the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community in the ACT and surrounding region by providing ‘good pathways’ to clients facing unemployment, poverty, homelessness and hopelessness.
